Best Android Tablets

HTC EVO View 4G

On February MWC 2011, HTC has announced its first 7-inch HTC Flyer tablet, and this time, on the CTIA, it has showcased the Sprint version of HTC EVO View 4G that supports the WiMax 4G 4G network.

The Evo View 4G runs a tablet-optimized version of HTC’s Sense interface, on top of Android 2.3. This Android tablet also features 1024 x 600 resolution, 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, dual cameras (5-megapixels rear facing and 1.3-megapixels front-facing).

Samsung GALAXY Tab 8.9

Samsung’s 7-inch GALAXY Tab and GALAXY Tab10.1 have been launched one by one. And now, on March, it continues to bring the much lighter and thinner GALAXY Tab8.9 tablet to users.

Samsung GALAXY Tab 8.9 will be the first Honeycomb tablets to stray from the pure Android 3.0 experience and add what Samsung’s taken to calling its TouchWiz UX or TouchWiz 4.0. On top of that, the exciting part here is its unprecedented thinness of just 8.6mm! That’s 0.2mm thinner than the iPad 2, which is the current leader in this aspect. As well, the tablet is just 16.5 oz (470 grams), making it one of the lightest full-sized tablets out there.

LG G-Slate

The T-Mobile G-Slate made by LG runs Android 3.0 and it is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. It features an 8.9-inch HD 3D display and is capable of recording in full HD, as well as 3D, thanks to two rear-facing cameras.

ZTE LTE Tablet

ZTE LTE tablet boasts 1280×800-resolution 10-inch display, Android3.0 Honeycomb system, 1.2 GHz processor, two cameras, and a 6800mAH battery. This Honeycomb slab will be coming stateside in the second half of 2011.
